Who we are

Utah Home Solutions was created to help homeowners understand their options before foreclosure, without pressure or rushed decisions. We work locally with homeowners who have received a Notice of Default or are worried about falling behind, and our first goal is always clarity — not pushing a sale.

We start by exploring whether staying in the home is possible, including looking at loan modification options. When selling becomes the right path, we help homeowners understand the differences between listing on the open market, working with added support, or choosing a simpler solution when time or circumstances require it.

Our role is to explain the options honestly and help homeowners choose what fits their situation, timeline, and comfort level. We don’t charge upfront fees for guidance, and there’s no obligation to move forward with any option we discuss.

Utah Home Solutions is a local, relationship-driven service built on respect, transparency, and the belief that homeowners deserve clear information during a stressful moment.

Chris Ramos

I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years, working through multiple market cycles and dealing with a wide range of complex situations.

I started out buying, remodeling, and selling my own homes. As time went on, I acquired my real estate license and have used my hands-on experience and expertise to help others buy and sell their homes the way an investor would. I have enjoyed helping homeowners make the right improvements to their homes, which has helped them sell for significantly more money. On the other side of that, I have also helped them make better purchases, starting off on the right foot in homeownership.

For the past 15 years, I have helped homeowners in tough situations who have found themselves needing to sell with little or no equity—sometimes selling in a traditional manner on the open market, and other times through creative alternatives. I’ve negotiated directly with banks to accomplish loan modifications, short sales, or simply to gain extra time to sell homes for maximum value.

I’ve become frustrated watching “wholesalers” take advantage of homeowners in difficult situations. When homeowners are facing foreclosure, they often make rushed decisions out of fear. More often than not, there are better choices. However, these options are usually not presented to homeowners.

That’s why I decided to team up with Jack and start Utah Home Solutions—to provide homeowners with all of their options so they can choose what’s best for them. I believe that Jack and I truly bring value to homeowners and will always put their interests first.

Jack Aiken

I began my career in real estate helping investors locate properties to renovate. Working on the investment side gave me a clear view into how complex and overwhelming the foreclosure and loss-mitigation process can be for homeowners—especially when they’re dealing with lenders, deadlines, and unfamiliar terminology all at once.

I started Utah Home Solutions with Chris to provide a calmer, more transparent alternative. Rather than pushing a single outcome, I help homeowners understand all of their available options, from pursuing a loan modification to evaluating different ways to sell if keeping the home isn’t feasible. My role is to be a knowledgeable, steady resource so homeowners can make informed decisions without pressure.
